FROMM FORM PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Wesley Fromm, doing business as FROMM FORM (“FROMM FORM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through frommform.com, NAVPOINT by FROMM FORM (“NAVPOINT”), the coaching application and enrollment process, and related coaching services.
This policy is a privacy notice. It is not a contract modifying the FROMM FORM Coaching Agreement.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Information you provide directly
This may include:
- name;
- email address;
- telephone number if you provide one;
- application and intake responses;
- coaching goals;
- training experience;
- scheduling information;
- equipment availability;
- nutrition preferences and tracking information;
- fitness, wellness, body-weight, progress, recovery, pain, injury, or limitation information you choose to provide;
- progress photographs;
- FITREPs and other coaching check-ins;
- workout, cardio, nutrition, and execution logs;
- communications with FROMM FORM;
- information submitted in connection with billing questions, cancellation, hardship accommodations, or support.
Consumer health and wellness information is also addressed in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Transaction and enrollment information
We may receive and maintain information such as:
- the coaching arrangement offered to you;
- agreement and billing-consent records;
- payment status;
- subscription or billing-status information;
- transaction identifiers;
- billing dates;
- cancellation/continuation status.
Payment-card numbers and similar full payment credentials are handled by our payment processor and are not intended to be stored by FROMM FORM.
Information collected automatically
Our website and applications may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and understand the service, such as:
- browser or device information;
- request and error information;
- session/cookie information;
- pages or product-flow steps visited;
- first-party funnel or product-usage events;
- approximate technical timestamps.
We do not need private coaching or consumer health data to build unrelated advertising profiles.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- operate the FROMM FORM website and NAVPOINT;
- process and manage coaching applications;
- schedule and conduct calls;
- create and administer enrollment offers;
- provide and personalize coaching;
- create strength, conditioning, cardio, and nutrition programming;
- review FITREPs and execution data;
- assess progress and adjust coaching;
- provide client support;
- communicate about service, scheduling, billing, renewal, security, or account matters;
- process payments through our payment provider;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or misuse;
- troubleshoot and improve reliability and user experience;
- maintain business, financial, compliance, and dispute records;
- comply with applicable law.
We do not sell private coaching or health/wellness information for advertising purposes.
We do not use private coaching or health/wellness information to build unrelated targeted-advertising profiles.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Categories of recipients may include:
Infrastructure and technology providers
Providers that support database, hosting, deployment, security, or application infrastructure, such as Supabase and Vercel.
Google Workspace
We use Google Workspace for business email, calendar, scheduling, Google Meet, and related business-owned meeting artifacts.
For a booked intro call, limited application information may be placed into the assigned coach’s exact Google Calendar event to help the coach prepare for the call.
Payment providers
Stripe or another payment processor may receive information necessary to create a customer record, present secure checkout, process transactions, administer recurring billing, and manage payment-related events.
Payment providers receive payment and commercial information necessary for those purposes; FROMM FORM does not intentionally send private fitness or coaching logs to payment processors.
Professional advisers
Information may be disclosed to attorneys, accountants, insurers, security professionals, or similar advisers when reasonably necessary for their professional services.
Legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
Business transactions
If FROMM FORM undergoes a reorganization, sale, transfer, merger, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
At your direction
We may disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so, such as sharing relevant coaching material with a professional assisting you.
4. Advertising and Marketing
Service-related communications are part of operating the coaching relationship.
Promotional email or promotional text messaging is separate and, where applicable, is based on separate marketing permission.
Client names, testimonials, likenesses, progress photographs, transformation stories, or similar marketing materials require separate authorization and are not authorized merely because someone is a coaching client.
FROMM FORM does not sell private coaching or health/wellness information to advertising networks, data brokers, or social-media platforms for targeted advertising.
If our marketing technology materially changes, this policy will be updated and any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained.
5. Cookies and Similar Technology
FROMM FORM may use cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to:
- maintain a visitor or enrollment session;
- remember progress through a product flow;
- support security;
- measure first-party product or funnel behavior;
- keep the website functioning.
We do not use a cookie or browser identifier as a substitute for the durable legal and billing consent records described during enrollment.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs.
Different records may have different retention periods.
We do not promise that every record can be immediately deleted when law, payment records, security, backup systems, fraud prevention, or a legal dispute requires continued retention.
Consumer health data may be subject to additional deletion requirements described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and the service.
No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, FROMM FORM will provide required notifications.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
FROMM FORM will provide a practical process for requests such as:
- access;
- correction;
- deletion;
- withdrawal of optional consent;
- questions about how information is used.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will not require you to create a new account solely to exercise a privacy right when applicable law prohibits that requirement.
Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

9. Consumer Health Data
FROMM FORM and NAVPOINT may process information relating to fitness, nutrition, body metrics, recovery, injury, pain, limitations, or other health/wellness information in order to provide the coaching service you requested.

10. Adults Only
FROMM FORM’s coaching service is intended for adults age 18 or older.
We do not knowingly enroll minors in 1:1 coaching.
If we learn that a minor submitted personal information in connection with an attempted coaching enrollment, we may delete or restrict the information as appropriate.
11. Third-Party Services
Third-party services used by FROMM FORM have their own systems, security practices, and legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy governs FROMM FORM’s practices. It does not replace a third party’s own privacy notice for information the third party independently controls.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may publish updated versions of this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.
Each published version will identify its effective date.
Historical versions associated with a legal enrollment release will remain identifiable rather than being silently rewritten.
If applicable law requires notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.
